Forest Yogi Minds provides forest school or woodland wellbeing sessions as well as children’s yoga and mindfulness sessions either separately or combined.

We believe nature is a key contributor to a more peaceful and calm mind and provides a sense of well-being. This can be combined with yoga and mindfulness for the perfect combination.

Having worked with children for 25 years, Forest Yogi Minds founder Claire felt there was a need for more than just regular teaching in school; a need to address the whole child and well-being and provide life skills that help across all elements of life.

She felt drawn to and has since completed children’s mindfulness training with The British Mindfulness Institute as well as training as a rainbow kids yoga teacher enabling her to teach 2 to 18 year olds yoga, as well as their families.

Forest Yogi Minds is passionate about providing nature, yoga and mindfulness experiences for children and their families in the local community; providing an open minded, creative space to express themselves and grow, connecting together as families and community as well as making it fun!

As a primary teacher with 17 years experience in the classroom, Claire seeks to provide life skills in all sessions, which will filter through every element of life as children grow and provide FUN sessions that make people smile, enjoy and feel connected.

Claire has a lovely way of putting everyone at ease. I couldn’t believe my 5 yr old ‘turbo mode’ son was chilling out on his yoga mat towards the end of the session. We loved the props and the inclusivity of our session. Thank you.
